Community Development Program Services
This program was established to develop abandoned properties in the surrounding neighborhood. The program has a management team that searches for funds to rehab buildings, making it possible for low-income families and senior citizens to be able to afford the rental cost of the apartments.
Community Projects, such as neighborhood clean-up, parks and school grounds beautification, painting over graffiti and community service efforts such as volunteering, visiting nursing homes and hospitals are also part of the Community Development program.
